at Shambhala Mountain Center |
We offer a variety of housing options at Shambhala Mountain Center
in order to provide living quarters that meet your budget and desired
level of fellowship. Discounts are offered for longer stays. All
rates are per person and they include three meals a day. Rates vary
based on season, type of accommodations and length of stay. Please

There are two modern lodges located in the "downtown" area of Shambhala
Mountain Center. The Shambhala Lodge was completed in 2000; and the Rigden
Lodge was completed in June 2006.
The Shambhala Lodge offers single rooms (one full bed) and double rooms (two
full beds). All rooms have private bathrooms and walk-in closets.
The Rigden Lodge offers single rooms (one queen bed) with private bath; and
single rooms (one full bed) with shared bathrooms across the hall. There are
two seven bed dormitory rooms with shared bathrooms across the hall.
Also in these Lodges are several junior suites appointed with one queen bed,
a small sitting area with pull out sofa, and private bath with tub.
Bedding and towels are provided in all levels of Lodge accommodations.

Red Feather housing is located on Shambhala Mountain Center's western border, about
a ten-minute walk from the "downtown" area of our campus. These cozy motel-like buildings consist
of private or shared bedrooms, all equipped with two twin-size beds, two
nightstands and shelving for storing personal items. The Red Feather campus has a shared bathhouse
with toilets, hot showers, electrical outlets, an iron and an ironing
board. Bedding and towels are provided.

Most of our dormitories are available September to May. These sleeping facilities are equipped with up to 15 beds and there is a shared bathhouse. Bedding and towels are NOT provided. See Lodge Housing below for a description of our year-round dormitories. |

During the summer we offer platform tents, located in various
campgrounds on the property. The tents are 12-by-14 feet and
are equipped with two twin beds, two bookcases and hanging
clothes' racks. Each campground has a shared bathhouse with
bathrooms, hot showers, electricity, outlets, an iron and
an ironing board. A tent can be rented as a single (without
a roommate) or a double (with a roommate). Bedding and towels
are NOT provided.
