Let us make you feel at home at Shambhala Mountain Center, with elegant hotel-style accommodations in our two new lodges. Housing options include well-appointed rooms with private baths, standard rooms with shared baths and dormitory rooms. Our campus can accommodate up to 150 participants in the winter months and over 500 guests in the summer, when we offer our platform tents.

Shambhala Lodge
Natural elements bring comfort and grace to Shambhala Lodge, composed of 19 double rooms, 8 single rooms and a large teacher’s suite. Wood-finished rooms contain full-sized beds, a desk, a walk-in closet and private bathroom complete with towel warmers. Relax in the beautiful fireplace lounge or enjoy a reception on the outdoor patio, adorned with summer flowers. Laundry and public phone are available on the premises.

Rigden Lodge
Sleep peacefully and awake refreshed in these simple and elegant hotel accommodations. Our 30 single rooms each contain a queen-sized bed topped by a down comforter, a desk, dresser, closet and private bath. Nine smaller single rooms include a queen-sized bed, desk, closet and shared bath. Two single-sex dormitories each with six twin beds are also available. Public phone and limited Internet access are available on-site.

Red Feather Lodge
For a more remote and private conference environment, enjoy Red Feather Lodge, where the silence of the mountains supports the focused intention of your group. We have four cabins, named for the elements: Flame, Wind and Water contain five double rooms each; Earth is arranged for dormitory space. Guests make use of a shared bathhouse. Lodging is within close proximity to the meeting hall and dining facilities.

Platform Tents
During the summer we offer platform tents, located in various campgrounds on the property. The tents are 12-by-14 feet and are equipped with two twin beds, two bookcases and hanging clothes' racks. Each campground has a shared bathhouse with bathrooms, hot showers, electricity, outlets, an iron and an ironing board. A tent can be rented as a single (without a roommate) or a double (with a roommate). Bedding and towels for the tents and the seasonal dorms are not provided. 

Dining
Two dining halls seat up to 150 guests indoors. An outdoor dining tent and picnic tables add to our capacity in the summer. We provide a range of delicious and healthy menus, with customized options for your group. Our rentals include three meals per day.

Certain discounts are available during our off season (September through May) including a 15% discount  for stays Sunday through Thursday. An additional discount for nonprofits may be available. Shambhala Mountain takes no position on the content of rental programs or gatherings which are independently led and coordinated.
