    Our number is 970-881-2184. Shambhala’s office hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 12:15 and 2:00 to 6:00pm Mountain Standard Time.

  2. How do I contact someone I know at Shambhala Mountain Center?
    Shambhala Mountain Center has buildings and people spread over 600 acres, many locations do not have phones. We will gladly take a message and post it on the message board at lunch or dinner. We cannot determine when your party might check the board. If the call is an emergency please identify it as such.

  3. I'd like to visit Shambhala Mountain Center for the day, what should I do?
    We welcome visits but request that you please contact us first either by phone or info@shambhalamountain.org.

  4. What's the weather like at Shambhala ?
    During the summer months, the weather is changeable; hot during the day, cold at night and early morning, with periods of intense rain and wind. In the winter months, expect temperatures in the 20's on cold mornings and evenings. In the heart of winter, November through February, expect heavy snow falls and icy conditions. Wearing layers of clothing is best.

  5. Can I bring my dog or cat to Shambhala Mountain Center?
    Shambhala Mountain Center is unable to accommodate pets, we ask that you leave them at home. Thank you for your understanding.

  7. What kind of food is served at Shambhala Mountain Center ?
    We offer a wholesome and varied menu, serving meat, vegetarian and vegan options at every meal. Please let us know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions through the registration process, we will be happy to accommodate you.

  8. I would like to contribute $20 a month to Shambhala Mountain Center's day-to-day operations.
