Chad Hoffmann, Land Steward
Chad Hoffmann brings an integrated contemplative approach to ecological restoration and environmental sustainability at Shambhala Mountain Center. He holds a bachelor of science in Natural Resource Management from Colorado State University and has been a practitioner of Shambhala Buddhism for seven years.
Current projects include fuels reduction and forest restoration work supported by a state forestry grant, sustainable landscaping and horticulture, native plants reclamation in disturbed development areas, and the continued care for our fragile ecosystems, such as invasive weed management and biodiversity monitoring.
