Shipping Information

We ship all orders USPS Priority Mail. Subject to availability, we ship items within 3 days of receiving the order, at which point you will be notified with an email from us with a USPS tracking number. You can then enter that number here and track your order.

Domestic Priority Mail generally arrives in 3 business days, international is more variable, usually 1-2 weeks. If you want to use a different carrier or service for your order (UPS, First Class Mail, Express Mail, etc...) please call us at our toll free number, 1-866-528-3762, and we will happily arrange it for you.

Domestic shipping is a flat rate $6.95 for all purchases. International mailing costs vary according to location, and can be high, so international customers may wish to call us and discuss more economical shipping options.

There are two exceptions to the above policy; event recordings and premium jewelry. Due to the nature of those products, we are, regrettably, unable to accept their return for any reason other than defective product.

Return Policy

Refunds are accepted within 30 days of the date the goods were shipped from our store. If an item arrives at your door damaged, please return it immediately for a replacement. All items must be returned in the condition in which you received them. Shambhala Mountain Online Gift Store is not responsible for any damage that may occur when you return your order. You may wish to send your return by insured post.

Unless we made an error in order processing or shipping, we cannot refund shipping charges. When we have received the merchandise, all refunds will be credited to the credit card used to purchase them. We will process your return as quickly as possible and confirm the refund by e-mail.

If you return your purchase and it is past 30 days and before 60 days from when the item was shipped you will be issued a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. Returns past 60 days are generally not accepted. However, if special circumstances apply, contact us and an exception may be granted.

Privacy Policy

Making a purchase from any store requires an element of trust. We do not take the trust you place in us lightly, and we will never use your personal information to send you unsolicited junk mail. Additionally, we will never give or sell your name or address to a third party. Occasionally, we may contact individual customers to measure post-purchase satisfaction. You are under no obligation to respond to this contact.

In either case, have a list of which items you would like to order and your VISA or MasterCard by the phone so we can assist you as efficiently as possible.

Canceling an Order

You can send us an e-mail at giftstore-online@shambhalamountain.org asking us to cancel your order at any time before it has shipped. Please include your name, addresses, phone number and what you ordered. You can also call us at our toll free number (866-528-3762) with this information.
