Core Staff Jobs

Core staff positions require a two to three year service commitment to Shambhala Mountain Center. Positions include opportunities to train and work in areas such as facilities, finance, guest services, housekeeping, information technology, kitchen services, landscaping, program support, office administration, retail sales and more. These positions are full-time, salaried positions including housing, meals and benefits such as health insurance, paid time-off and the ability to attend programs without cost.
