Program Staff Volunteers Jobs

Volunteer Program Staff help Shambhala Mountain Center provide exceptional experiences and opportunities for our guests by supporting the Core staff’s work on specific programs. Program Staffing is a practice of meditation in action, an opportunity to engage in the practices of service and generosity while participating in a program and the culture and society of Shambhala Mountain Center.

Experience in various Shambhala trainings or program coordination within the Shambhala mandala is often required. Housing and meals are included and sometimes an additional program-credit stipend is offered.
