Title: Registrar

Department:  Guest Services

Reports to: Manager of Guest Services

Classification:  Core Staff / Full Time

Position Summary:

The Guest Services Registrar will be responsible for the maintenance of a large registration database via email, phone, fax and mail. The Registrar will process finances for participants, answer participant questions, support pre-program communication and the registration function on arrival days. The individual will also support the Guest Service office team, the Finance Department and work closely with program coordinators on advanced planning.

Preferred Knowledge and Skills:

Requirements include excellent communication skills, a positive guest service orientation, organizational skills, a detail orientation and developed computer skills related to database programs and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation & Benefits:

$8.00 per hour. 30-hours per week.  Attend Weekend Programs at No Cost.  18 Personal Days per year.  15 Program Days per year.   Dental Insurance., Life Insurance, AD&D.  Housing & Meal plan available for low-cost on-land living.
