Shambhala Mountain Center is seeking a Colorado licensed EMT for the summer season. Position reports to the Rusung who is responsible for the health, well-being and security of the organization. The individual will work with the Poudre Canyon Volunteer Fire Department. Duties include acting as a first responder for medical emergencies, managing the infirmary, maintaining supplies and equipment related to first aid and assisting with program orientation. The EMT will be required to wear a pager and will be on-call. Salary based on qualifications is provided as well as housing, meals, the ability to attend programs without cost and practice and study opportunities.
