These positions will float between the Land Crew Department and the Facilities Department based on need. Land crew work involves garden and greenhouse maintenance, trail restoration and road maintenance. Facilities work involves involves (with instruction) the basic maintenance and repair of plumbing and heating systems and physical structures. Successful candidates will have knowledge of small hand tools, some general construction knowledge and an interest in gardening, landscaping, ecology sustainability or natural resource management. Team orientation is required as well as the ability to lift 50 pounds. These are physically demanding positions at high altitude in rugged terrain.
