Summary of Function

Assists Lead Cooks with preparation and delivery of meals. Reports to: Kitchen Manager or Lead Cook General.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Preparation of menu ingredients, preparation of salad bar, transportation and set-up of meals, lead in cleaning the kitchen in order to maintain public health codes.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Previous food prep and/or kitchen experience preferred.  Valid driver’s license required.
