We are seeking an experienced, motivated and energetic individual to work in our our Audio Visual Depart for the summer. This person will assist with all facets of the recording of our programs, working with program directors and staff, participant volunteers, and our own program production staff. We desire an individual with experience with audio and visual recording and production equipment and a basic knowledge of post-production and reproduction techniques. Tasks to be performed include the editing and production of CDs for sale through our Gift Store, and directly to program participants; the maintenance and operation of multiple types of audio and video recording, projection, and production equipment and the maintenance of our archive. There is physical labor involved in transporting and setting up recording and projection equipment, so candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds and carry it 200 yards. The position is available June 1st.
