Shambhala Mountain Center seeks two summer volunteers to fill our concierge positions. Concierges work in the downtown area, assisting program participants, program staff and guests by providing general land and resource information. Concierges are the direct liaison between program participants and such departments as Housekeeping, Guest Services, Programs and Facilities. The hours of work vary and are based on the times when participants are not in program. Between shifts, concierges may work in various departments as needed. These positions are open late May to begin training and run through August 2012. Knowledge of Shambhala Mountain Center and the land is useful to the success of this position and training will be provided. The successful candidates will possess patience, generosity, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
