Responsibilities include online gift store sales processing, order fulfillment, emails and customer questions, inventory product research, the receipt of incoming inventory, inventory pricing, customer service within the store, cash register operation, stocking and display of merchandise. In addition the individual with assist with the postage center located in the gift store and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store. The gift store will require coverage from early April through late September however more than one volunteer can cover that time period.
Requirements include a team orientation, the ability to multi-task, a customer service orientation, attention to detail, high level of professionalism basic computer literacy and a genuine interest in welcoming customers and prioritizing their needs. Previous retail experience is a plus.
