Guest Services Representative (Full Summer)

Main responsibilities include greeting and welcoming guests, responding to guest related inquiries, answering phones, supporting program arrival days by preparing name tags and registration packets, checking-in program participants, assisting in the maintenance of the registration database and performing office duties as assigned.

Requirements include basic computer literacy with some proficiency related to Microsoft Office Suite and data base programs, excellent communication skills, ability to work closely with others in chaotic situations, ability to multi-task, attention to detail and a genuine interest in welcoming and serving others.
