Feeding Your Demons with Lama Tsultrim Allione

Lama Tsultrim Allione

April 2–4, 2010

Tuition $195 + 2 nights

Within the ancient teachings of Tibetan Buddhism lies a method for facing—and dissolving—our fears, illnesses, and emotional stumbling blocks. In this retreat, we will explore a practical application of this revolutionary, loving approach developed by the legendary Tibetan yogini, Machig Labdrön, almost a thousand years ago. You will learn an experiential five-step process to help you meet and release what the Tibetans call “demons” — the longings, fears, obsessions, illnesses, and attachments that we battle every day. We will explore how our inner and outer demons can be seen, nurtured, and transformed into allies and, through this process, foster compassion and love in place of animosity and fear.

Recommended Reading: Feeding Your Demons: Ancient Wisdom for Resolving Inner Conflict, and

For deeper training in these teachings Lama Tsultrim Allione is also offering Kapala Training Level I April 4 – 9. Attend both programs and receive a 20% tuition discount.
