At our pristine mountain sanctuary, you can learn to meditate, deepen your existing meditation practice, discover the Shambhala Path or receive in-depth training and instruction in Tibetan Buddhist teachings. We also offer programs that bring a contemplative approach to body-based practices (e.g., yoga, tai chi), art and education, family life, death and dying, and social engagement.
