Janet Solyntjes, MA, CYT teaches mindfulness practices at Naropa University, Shambhala Meditation Centers, Omega Institute and Hollyhock. A practitioner of mind-body disciplines since 1977, she has trained in MBSR with Jon Kabat-Zinn and Saki Santorelli of the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Janet is also co-founder of the Boulder-based Center for Courageous Living.
