Līla Yoga™ Retreat with Erica Kaufman

Join us as we weave together yoga postures, meditation and breathing practices to rejuvenate our bodies and minds.
Know a deeper level of health and allow the exuberance of peace to nourish you in this vinyasa-style yoga retreat. Through weaving together yoga postures, meditation, and breathing practices, we will explore the possibility of living in brilliant ease and invite the rejuvenating quality of self-trust into our life. These practices are powerful means for maintaining discipline while also opening paths to freedom in the body and mind. Discover how this interplay of discipline and freedom provides a foundation for greater spiritual focus and growth. Special optional workshops in partner yoga and contact improvisation will also be offered.

Erica Kaufman, MFA, founder of Līla Yoga, has taught yoga for over 25 years, blending somatic integration and powerful imagery into her work. An Advanced Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, she teaches workshops in America and Europe. Erica is a faculty member at Juniata College in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania.
