This summer solstice come play with your family and celebrate with the community through yoga, meditation, storytelling, music and nature. Join senior certified Anusara Instructor Jeanie Manchester for early morning meditation and asana practice, while children participate in an interdisciplinary program with storyteller and children's yoga expert Sydney Solis. Fun-packed evening programs round out the experience. Children ages 6 to 12 are welcome to participate in the program. Childcare is available through our Shotoku Children's Center for children ages 3 to 5.

Sydney Solis is an internationally known children’s and family yoga expert. She has been spreading the joy and wisdom of yoga and story since 2000. The founder of Storytime Yoga and Mythic Yoga, she is host of the PBS Storytime Yoga show and award-winning author of numerous audios, a DVD, and two books, including The Treasure in Your Heart: Yoga and Stories for Peaceful Children.

Jeanie Manchester, a certified Anusara teacher, has studied closely with master teachers John Friend, Dr. Douglas Brooks, and Richard Freeman. Her classes blend the precision of the universal principles of alignment with story and myth as a means to take us deeper into the mystery of the yogic process.

Each adult and child need to be registered separately. Adults should register below. To register your child go to the children's registration page. The all-inclusive price (tuition, lodging and meals) for each child is $105.
