March 12 – 14, 2010

Experience the deep wellbeing of sitting in stillness and moving mindfully.

Moving mindfully from the inside out, you will learn the foundations of Hatha yoga, including standing, sitting, and prone postures and flowing sun salutes. You will also experience the stillness of sitting and walking meditation and explore partner work and restorative practice. Feeling deeply rested, you will leave renewed with a deeper sense of freedom and ease in your body and a greater awareness of how to sustain this wellbeing.
