The Buddha offered a timeless yet practical path of awakening that is grounded in ethical behavior, meditative practice and compassionate action. The freedom we all seek is right here in our own direct experience, to uncover the awakened truth all we have to do is pay close attention to the present moment and transform our attitudes, actions and intentions. In this weekend retreat we will practice what the Buddha taught-mindfulness, loving-kindness and renunciation. Meditation instruction will be offered and all are welcome to attend regardless of experience.
