Contemplative Contemplative

Therapy

at Shambhala Mountain

When we extend contemplative practice into our lives, powerful things begin to happen.

Contemplative psychology integrates the wisdom traditions of East and West to help us resolve our inner dilemmas so that we can have a positive effect on our world. By relating to our experience directly and becoming aware of our ingrained habits of body, speech, and mind, everyday occurrences become transformed into pathways of awakening. In the process, we gain insight into who we are and how others express themselves as we learn new ways of relating that benefit everyone.

We invite you to:

• Cultivate unconditional presence
• Explore mindfulness in relationships
• Study the Enneagram
• And more!

Whether you’re a mental healthcare professional wanting to expand your skills or a layperson with a desire to relate more effectively to yourself, your loved ones, community, and the world at large, you’ll learn and experience contemplative therapy methods in a safe community of supportive people.
