In the Shambhala Buddhist tradition, we embrace death as not only a natural part of life, but also an opportunity to celebrate the preciousness of the human condition. Rather than denying, rejecting, or fearing death, through right understanding and practice we can learn how to die a good death and help others do the same, while learning to live more fully, moment by moment. Moreover, we can prepare ourselves to use this transition as a vehicle for enlightenment. The programs below have been designed to demystify and prepare you for this ultimate letting go.
