Spring Break Meditation & Yoga Retreat with Holly Gayley

This spring break, discover something new about simply being. This four-day program provides a thorough grounding in the techniques of meditation and yoga to take your practice to a deeper level. Each day will include guided meditations, yoga sessions, and discussions on how to bring practice into everyday life. Awaken your senses, spontaneity, and spirit with a spring break you will always remember! Both new and experienced meditation and yoga practitioners are warmly welcome.

Holly Gayley recently joined the Religious Studies department at the University of Colorado, Boulder, where she teaches courses on Buddhism. She has been a practitioner in the Shambhala community since 1992.
