Ever wonder why you keep repeating the same negative thought patterns, despite all your attempts to change your attitude? Take a journey into the fascinating world of brain evolution and learn how to rewire your brain using scientifically proven neurophysiological principles. In this workshop, we will explore the multifaceted relationship between your brain and body through multimedia presentations and interactive processing. You will discover a step-by-step approach for overcoming self-defeating behaviors and destructive emotional states such as insecurity, unworthiness, and anger and learn how to create new states of mind that promote your deepest happiness. You will also learn how neural networks are assembled, how to improve your attention, and ultimately come to understand the intricate relationship between your mind and your life. This weekend is open to participants who are new to Dr. Joe’s work (Level I) as well as to returning students who wish to deepen their understanding of the connections between the brain and the body (Level II). The retreat will consist of both group and breakout sessions that match where each level is at in their learning. Please note that to participate in the Level II workshop, you MUST have previously completed a workshop with Dr. Joe. Joe Dispenza, D.C., is a doctor of chiropractic with a background in biochemistry and postgraduate training in neuroscience, functional brain imaging, and neuroplasticity. Featured in the movie What the BLEEP Do We Know!?, he is the bestselling author of Evolve Your Brain: The Science of Changing Your Mind and Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself. He oversees a busy chiropractic clinic near Olympia, Washington. Please arrive between 2 and 5pm on Friday, April 16. Program ends with lunch at 12:30pm on Sunday, April 18.
