Airport Shuttle Service for EnlightenNext's Being and Becoming Retreats: August 1st Arrivals

Shambhala Mountain Center will be providing direct shuttle service from Denver International Airport (DEN) to Shambhala Mountain for EnlightenNext retreat participants arriving on either August 1st or August 12th. In order to take advantage of this direct shuttle service your flight needs to arrive at DEN no later than 1pm because the last shuttle will be scheduled for 3pm.

Returning shuttle service to DEN from Shambhala Mountain will be offered on August 12th and August 23rd. The Being retreat (Part 1) will end right after breakfast on August 12 and the Becoming Retreat will end at lunch time on August 23.

For August 12 departures, the shuttle is tentatively scheduled to leave Shambhala at 11:00am. You should book a flight that departs after 3:30pm. If you need to depart earlier, arrangements can be made.

For August 23 departures, there are shuttles scheduled to leave Shambhala at 3:00pm. If your flight is scheduled to leave Denver earlier than 7:30pm, please indicate this on the registration form and we will accommodate you.

The shuttle to DEN from Shambhala Mountain takes approximately two and a half hours. For international travelers, DEN recommends arriving at the airport up to three hours prior to departure.Please check with your airline to find out when they recommend you arrive at the airport.

The cost for this service is $50 one-way; or $90 round-trip (if the round-trip is purchased at the time of initial registration). To register click on the red "Reserve" box to the right.

If you already have your flight itinerary please provide your arrival and departure dates and times in the "comments" field of your registration. You will find the "comments" field in Step 3 of the registration process. We will organize the shuttle service around your arrival and will email you with the specific time and location.

It is important to fill in the email address field of your registration as we will email you additional information. This information will include the time and location of your particular shuttle at DEN.

We must receive your reservation and flight information no later than July 12th. If we receive your request after July 12th we will do our best to accommodate you but we cannot guarantee service.
