Holiday Ngöndro Retreat with Acharya Dale Asrael

December 26, 2010 – January 2, 2011

Rigden (Shambhala), Kagyü, and Nyingma ngöndro practitioners are all warmly invited to join us for this special winter practice intensive.
Whether you are seeking to establish your ngöndro practice or are an experienced practitioner, join us for this special winter program. By practicing in a group context while also fostering camaraderie and celebration, we will increase both our personal and the group's windhorse, thus giving power and potency to the vision of Shambhala. All ngöndro practitioners are warmly invited to this practice intensive. This retreat fulfills the group practice requirement for Rigden Ngöndro practitioners.

Prerequisite: Shambhala Vajrayana Seminary

Acharya Dale Asrael

Acharya Dale Asrael has been leading meditation retreats internationally since 1980, focusing on the practices of the three yanas of Buddhadharma. An associate professor at Naropa University in the Transpersonal Counseling Psychology, Buddhist Studies and Contemplative Education departments, she also trains meditation instructors who wish to serve in hospices, prisons and homeless shelters.

Our intent is to encourage and support intensive practice opportunities for Shambhala community members.For those ngöndro practitioners who are not able to afford our regular room and board rates, we are offering special discounted room and board rates.
