Family CampJuly 18 – 24, 2012
Celebrate our extended community of families as we practice together and soak up the beauty of the land. During the mornings, while your children attend Summer Childcare or Rites of Passage, take time for yourself to meditate, exercise, or relax. During the afternoons and evenings, partake in family activities such as Ikebana (Japanese flower arranging), calligraphy, kite flying, and mala-making. The Rites of Passage program is open to all 8 to 10 year-olds and will culminate in a special ceremony at week's end.Join us as we engage in the powerful path that is family.
Registration Process: Each adult and child must be registered separately for the program. In most cases adult participants pay the Center's usual room and board rates while children are charged discounted rates of $240 for the first child and $205 for each additional child. However, in order for children to receive the discounted rates lodging must have already been paid in full (that is, a double tent or lodge room must have been paid for by two full-paying people).
