Turning the Mind Into an Ally with Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche

July 6 – 10, 2005

Join Shambhala Buddhism's leader to explore how meditation and contemplation help us develop equanimity, courage and wisdom in daily life.
An introduction to traditional techniques of meditation and contemplation that help us develop equanimity, courage and wisdom in daily life. Son and dharma heir of Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche, Sakyong Mipham brings a contemporary perspective and extensive personal experience to his teachings. For people from every practicing spiritual tradition.

Here we have a teacher with a remarkable ability to digest the traditional Tibetan Buddhist teachings . . . and then present them in a way that speaks directly to the hearts and needs of Western people.”
— Pema Chödrön
