Līla Yoga Retreat: Accessing the Brilliance Within with Erica Kaufman, MFA, RYT

Learn to move with agility and grace while calming the mind into the intuitive.
Līla Yoga is a Hatha Yoga practice that sequences asanas into a beautiful flow of focused energy, enabling the body to move with agility and grace, and the mind to calm into the intuitive. Asanas, meditation, pranayama (breathing practices) and partner work will be the foundation of this retreat, during which we will explore the possibility of living in brilliant ease, discovering the rejuvenating quality of self-trust. Students at all levels of practice welcome.

Special optional workshops in partner yoga and contact improvisation, focusing on self-awareness and acceptance, will
be open to all retreat participants.


Erica Kaufman, founder of Līla Yoga, has taught yoga for the past 23 years, blending somatic integration and powerful imagery into her work. Erica is an Advanced Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance and teaches workshops in America and Europe. She currently serves on the faculty at Penn State University’s Department of Kinesiology.
