In these ever-changing, challenging times, discover how to find sanctuary and nourishment through your yoga practice.
How do we develop a yoga practice that authentically meets the needs of our bodies in these ever-changing, challenging times? When we allow ourselves to become acquainted with the quiet wisdom that resides deep within the body, our yoga practice can become a source of great nourishment and insight. Join us as we explore movement within the deep layers of the body, practice asana from the vital energy residing within and access a place of internal refuge that is receptive, spacious and transformative.

Wendy Bramlett is the director of Studio Be Yoga in Boulder, Colorado. She has been involved in the study and practice of yoga for 26 years.
