A Women’s Yoga & Meditation Retreat with Savita Geuther

Discover a place of light and stillness within and without. Imagine a sanctuary...a place where you’re safe, nurtured and at peace--in your very own body and mind. Enter this sacred space and experience a deeper connection with yourself and others. Explore profound breakthroughs spiritually and physically as you delve into deeper practices of yoga, using deeply therapeutic yoga postures, purifying breathing techniques, meditation, journaling, movement and periods of silence. During this special time away from our day-to-day
activities we can dive into exploring our bodies and souls, more profoundly discovering “svaroopa,” the “bliss of your
own being."

This retreat is for those who truly enjoy their journey of self-discovery, regardless of their level of yoga experience.

Savita Geuther has led yoga retreats for 12 years. She is a certified hatha yoga instructor and yoga therapist. She received her teacher certification in the Svaroopa yoga tradition from the Master Yoga Academy in La Jolla in 1996. She also received certification in the Hakomi Method and Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy. Her personal healing experience through Svaroopa yoga as well as her in-depth training in body/mind therapies have given her a thorough understanding of the body/mind connection and the power of the body’s innate healing ability. Savita’s unique approach to yoga as a way of life encourages and supports her students to look deeply inward and to cultivate more compassion and acceptance of themselves.
