Schedule changes may occur. All sessions are optional; you may craft your own Retreat & Renewal weekend and attend as many or as few formal sessions as you like. Friday

2-5 pm: Participants arrive

6 pm: Dinner, time to meet informally

7 pm: Meet in meeting space for orientation, and introduction of teachers

 

Saturday

7:30-8:30 am: Breakfast

9-10:15 am: Yoga

10:45 am-12 pm: Meditation

12:30-1:30 Lunch

2 pm: Walk to the Great Stupa

4:30-5:30 pm: Yoga

6-7 pm: Dinner

7:30 pm: Optional evening event

 

Sunday

7:30-8:30 am: Breakfast

8:15-9:15 am: Hike with SMC Guide

9:30 am-10:45 am: Yoga

11-12 pm: Meditation

12:30-1:30 pm: Lunch
