Indoor housing options include deluxe hotel rooms with private baths, standard rooms with shared baths, and dorm rooms.
In the Shambhala Lodge and the Rigden Lodge, we offer both single rooms and double (shared) rooms with full or queen
size beds, private bathrooms and walk-in closets. Rigden Lodge also offers smaller single
rooms without bathrooms. There are two 5 to 6 bed dormitory rooms.
Both share use of common bathrooms. The lodge has three suites, which feature sitting areas and
soaking tubs in addition to the amenities of a single room with private
bath. Bedding and towels are provided for all Lodge guests.
Red Feather housing is located on Shambhala Mountain Center's western border, about a ten-minute walk from the "downtown" area of our campus. These cozy motel-like buildings consist of private or shared bedrooms, all equipped with two twin-size beds, two nightstands and shelving for storing personal items. The Red Feather campus has a shared bathhouse with toilets, hot showers, electrical outlets, an iron and an ironing board. Bedding and towels are provided.
Our seasonal dormitories are available September to May. These sleeping facilities are equipped with up to 15 beds and there is a shared bathhouse.
During the summer we offer platform tents, located in various campgrounds on the property. The tents are 12-by-14 feet and are equipped with two twin beds, two bookcases and hanging clothes' racks. Each campground has a shared bathhouse with bathrooms, hot showers, electricity, outlets, an iron and an ironing board. A tent can be rented as a single (without a roommate) or a double (with a roommate). Bedding and towels for the tents and the seasonal dorms are not provided.
