Volunteer, Internship & Core Staff Opportunities

Reports to: Director of Operations

General Summary: Trained in a number of different departments within our Operations Division, these positions fill in where and when necessary to assist us to manage our changing workload.

Typically Floaters help with Facilities Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Kitchen tasks, although they may be assigned anywhere their help is needed.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Ability to learn semi-skilled tasks quickly
• Willingness to do “whatever is necessary”
• Ability to work closely with others even in busy situations
• Ability to pay attention to detail
• Ability to work independently

Other Requirements:
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old
• Applicants must possess a valid Driver's License

These positions require a minimum 6 month commitment; one year is preferable. Compensation is room and board and a $150/month stipend.
