Jim Colosi is a Certified Teacher in the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program and has taught meditation for 30 years in the Shambhala tradition. He was the Director of the Prison Meditation Program, North Central Correctional Institution, Gardner, MA, from 1995-2000. Prior to becoming an adjunct teacher at the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts in 2006, Jim had a 25-year career in strategic marketing and communications, with Hewlett-Packard Company and other high-technology companies.
