During this journey, we will explore Indochina’s most magnificent sites and cities, such as the shrines at the Perfume Pagoda, the hidden alleys of Hanoi's Old Town, the ruins at My Son and the grand temples of Angkor. The highlight of the trip will be a stay at the wonderful Six Senses Spa in Nha Trang, where we will deepen our experience and immersion in these sacred sites through yoga and meditation.
Susan Piver’s latest book, How Not to Be Afraid of Your Own Life, explores incorporating spiritual practice and study into everyday life. Susan teaches workshops on meditation, inner growth and creativity.
Dana Strong has taught yoga in New York for 10 years under the guidance of Rodney Yee. Dana is also a graduate student at Columbia University, where she is focusing on Buddhist-Christian dialogue.
