Our center offers the vastness, stillness and gentle support that allows you to unwind, unplug, relax, and reconnect to what is of true value in your life. Eight miles of wilderness trails invite you into the heart of our 600 acres of forest and rolling hills. Daily optional yoga classes, therapeutic massage, meditation instruction and group practice sessions help you ground in contemplative practices to calm the mind, rejuvenate the body and awaken insight and inspiration.
