Shambhala Mountain Center in the City

As part of our mission to make ancient wisdom tradition teachings and body awareness practices as accessible as possible, we offer a number of select programs in Boulder, Denver, and Fort Collins. These programs enable you to engage in an in-town retreat experience, stretching your mind and body. The programs range from daytime and evening talks to one-day and weekend programs at local venues with convenient access.

Our city retreats are ideal preparations for Shambhala Mountain Center’s longer programs or opportunities for ongoing practice in a structured group setting.
