Advanced Mind Body Stress Reduction with Janet Solyntjes

Open to anyone who has participated in a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
program, this weekend retreat is an opportunity to deepen in the mindfulness tools of MBSR including sitting & walking meditation, mindful yoga, body scan, and mindful communication.
Janet will also be teaching Mindful Living in Stressful Times March 4 to 7. That program is open to all.
Janet Solyntjes, M.A., C.Y.T. teaches mindfulness practices at Naropa University, Shambhala Meditation Centers, Omega Institute and Hollyhock. A practitioner of mind-body disciplines since 1977, she has trained in MBSR with Jon Kabat-Zinn and Saki Santorelli of the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Janet is also co-founder of the Boulder-based Center for Courageous Living.

Janet Solyntjes, M.A. is a senior teacher (Shastri) in the Shambhala-Buddhist tradition and has offered mindfulness courses at Naropa University, Omega Institute, Hollyhock, Shambhala Mountain Center, and in corporate and non-profit workplaces. A practitioner of mind-body disciplines since 1977, she completed a professional training in MBSR with Jon Kabat-Zinn and Saki Santorelli and is a Certified MBSR Teacher and faculty member of The Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts. Janet leads MBSR courses in Colorado and offers mindfulness seminars and retreats in the U.S. and internationally. She is the co-founder of the Boulder-based The Center for Courageous Living and is a teaching faculty member of the Engaged Mindfulness Institute.
