Ashtanga Yoga & Meditation Retreat with Katharine Kaufman
November 9–11, 2007
In this weekend retreat, we will explore the heart of Ashtanga Yoga, which includes alignment, breath and meditation, practicing the classical and dynamic flowing sequence of postures based on the inner form.
