Contemplative Improvisation Practice • Denver

Katharine Kaufman

March 30, 2013

  • $85.00 – Program Price

Sitting meditation practice meets movement improvisation in this day-long urban retreat. We sit, move, and write – investigating our heart/mind/body landscape. Through deep play we cultivate spontaneous delights and ignite the many layers of knowing. Alone and together we explore boundaries between our practice, art, and everyday life.
