Deepening Your Love: A Retreat for Couples with Kate & Joel Feldman
Kate and Joel Feldman
October 22–25, 2009
This powerful retreat is about opening the compassionate heart, renewing connection, and discovering the secret to mutual trust, respect, and joyful intimacy. In an atmosphere of safety, mindfulness, and self-exploration, you will successfully transform common issues: communication, conflict, meeting each other’s needs, and making time for pleasure. You will experience and learn compassionate non-reactive listening; effective sharing; expressing empathy and curiosity; the hidden needs behind frustrations; how your beliefs about relationships help or hinder your current partnership; and easy and safe ways to love each other through silence, meditation, and massage.
You will increase appreciation, develop a win-win approach to conflict, and deepen your commitment to the path of loving relationship. This program is open to couples of any length of commitment and any sexual orientation.
