DENVER PROGRAM: Meditation with Yoga with Katharine Kaufman
April 21, 2012
By cultivating the stillness of sitting meditation with the movement of yoga postures, we can experience an embodied, balanced and whole practice that can influence our lives in infinite ways. In this urban retreat, participants will experience basic yoga postures and be introduced to sitting and walking meditation.
