The Great Nyen Platoon of Shambhala Mountain Center and the Colorado Chrysanthemum Regiment of the Dragon Region are delighted to invite you to the 2018 Dön Season Retreat.  Dön season is regarded as a time of danger and unpredictability, and the general advice is to hunker down and avoid engaging.  However, as protectors, the Dorje Kasung choose to amplify our engagement during Dön season.  We take this opportunity to gather for practice, deepening, celebrating and WAKING UP!

This year, we are thrilled to have Dapön Will Ryken, as the director of the retreat.  The weekend will incorporate practice, drill, discussion, outdoor exploration, training, and celebration.  We hope to see you there.
