Allison Choying Zangmo

Practicing the genuine dharma expands our wealth: our happiness, our generosity, our warmth, our community, and our overall sense of wellbeing. When we are contained within ourselves, unable to connect with others and feel the warmth of a loving heart, we prolong our own feelings of isolation, unhappiness, and loneliness. In this retreat, we will focus on the teachings of the lojong (mind training) masters of Tibetan Buddhism, and learn methods and techniques for expanding our heart outwards.

Rinpoche’s dharma activity focuses on helping Buddhist practitioners prepare for the moment of death through the Dying with Confidence Program and the Phowa Foundation. He also teachings a traditional “shedra,” or intensive Vajrayana study, for westerners at Orgyen Khamdroling. Read more about Anyen Rinpoche on his expanded bio HERE.
