Feeding Your Demons: Ancient Wisdom for Resolving Inner Conflict
Lama Tsultrim Allione
March 8–10, 2013
Inspired by the ancient practice of Chöd, Feeding Your Demons is a five-step process created by Lama Tsultrim Allione that allows us to offer compassion and understanding to our inner demons rather than engaging in battle and struggle with them. This develops the potential for deep healing and allows the psyche to move from polarization toward integration. The process is of great benefit when working with a wide variety of both personal and collective demons, including addictions, physical and mental illnesses, fear, anger, relationship challenges and other dilemmas of modern life.
Lama Tsultrim Allione is an author, internationally known Buddhist teacher, and the founder and resident lama of Tara Mandala, an international Vajrayana Buddhist community based in Pagosa Springs, Colorado. She is the author of Women of Wisdom, Feeding Your Demons: Ancient Wisdom for Resolving Inner Conflict, and Wisdom Rising: Journey into the Mandala of the Empowered Feminine, to be published in May 2018. In 2007, Lama Tsultrim was recognized as an emanation of Machig Labdrön at Machig’s monastery in Tibet. In 2009, she was selected as an “Outstanding Woman in Buddhism” by the Outstanding Women in Buddhism Committee’s panel of distinguished Buddhist scholars and practitioners. Lama Tsultrim continues to guide thousands of students around the world.
