From Emotional Eating to Emotional Freedom: Liberate Unwise Food Choices with EFT Tapping

Marcella Friel

October 30–November 3, 2019

Tuition $250 + 4 nights

If you chronically struggle with binge eating, yo-yo dieting, sugar addiction, and relentless body shaming, you know that mindful eating alone is not the answer.

In this intensive retreat, natural foods chef and mindful eating mentor Marcella Friel will teach you the simple stress-relief tool of Tapping (also known as Emotional Freedom Techniques or EFT) to help you liberate self-limiting beliefs and release the unresolved emotions that cause you to reach for those foods you hate to love to eat.

In this course, you will:

  • Examine, challenge, and release the false beliefs that have thwarted your healing
  • Detox the shame, guilt, and anger you’ve been carrying too long
  • Go deeper than weight loss and start loving your body no matter what the scale says
  • Practice the self-care skills that create metabolic and hormonal harmony
  • Make friends with success on terms that support your highest good

You will leave this retreat feeling like you’ve lost 150 emotional pounds.

What people are saying about Marcella:

“Working with Marcella is not for the faint of heart. Learning to love myself unconditionally has been gut-wrenchingly hard and beautiful and has required me to dig deep into the most tender parts of my soul. I wanted weight loss, this happened…but not by counting calories and cutting carbs. It happened because I healed myself from traumas that have plagued me for many years. Marcella breathed life back into my soul. I am a work in progress, and I have immense gratitude for this life-altering journey.” — Pamela H., Cascade, CO
