During this weekend retreat, you will…
  • Connect to spiritual and secular teachings on mindful eating and why it matters to ourselves and our world
  • Learn how to use Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT “Tapping”) to resolve the unconscious core beliefs that sabotage your eating behaviors
  • Understand and heal the deeper issues that can hinder your wisest food choices
  • Design for yourself simple daily rituals that work within your lifestyle to connect you to peace and gratitude for the food on your table
About EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)

EFT is a gentle, powerful self-help tool that reduces the emotional impact of memories and incidents that trigger stress. EFT combines coaching techniques with acupressure in the form of fingertip tapping on acupuncture points. The tapping acts as a circuit breaker on the electromagnetic signal of the stress and diffuses its emotional trigger.
